DO WHAT YOU THINK
We don't simply talk but we do what we talk. Simply talking is procrastinating and unproductive. It can improve or demoralize oneself and become stall. Do thing that motivates life and make happy. Dwelling the bad past can be quite disastrous; there is always some rooms for improvement. Handle life with much freedom without creating enemies with people around. Simply love everyone and be passionate with them. Be in their shoes! Don't live like a glutton, everything one wants until death. Most of all be honest.


YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT
Eat wisely. Be careful of what you eat because you are what you eat. Eat in harmony with nature. Know the food that is good for your system perhaps eating practice by blood type. Choose the food for your blood type is advisable.


WE LIVE TO FILL OUR STOMACH
During most of our life, we are busy looking for something to fill our stomach. We work to get or earn something we need. A breadwinner leaving his home to his workplace just to look for food, just like a bird leaving its' nestling very early morning and coming back with mouthful of worms.

A wise person thinks about his stomach; a rich person only thinks about living luxurously or grabbing unlimited power to riches. It's hard for him to take a break because he is always wanting to be in control and probably envy people taking over the place.

As getting older, one becomes conscious and particular about what one eats. Walking in the market, there is always a plastic full of fruit and vegetable. Eating in public places, food is not always tasty. Most of the time , these food are poisonous food to the body or food that are high in bad residual.

Eating good at old age does little to one's body as compared with always eating good right since one was born. Don't neglect good food values.

But don't forget to give your soul a good treat by enjoying some affordable things that one loves.
